Debra
Kyle took position of Principal in 2003. Mrs. Kyle has officially
served many different positions at Our Lady Queen of Peace.
Her first position at the school was as a second grade teacher,
then as Child Care Director and Assistant Principal. These
days, you can catch her doing just about anything from helping
students get into the building on a rainy day to wiping lunch
tables.
Originally
from Fort Dodge, Iowa, Mrs. Kyle has attended Catholic schools
all through college. She has a dual degree in History and
Elementary Education. Her teaching career spans over 25 years
in both public and Catholic schools. Her strong belief in
and commitment to Catholic education has made her such an
asset to Our Lady Queen of Peace. She is truly dedicated to
making sure all OLQP students receive the spiritual and academic
benefits that a Catholic education has to offer.
In
her spare time, she enjoys reading and relaxing with her family.
Her daughter, Caitlin (8th grade), and her son Johnathan (6th
grade), both attend OLQP.
Debra Kyle provides a wonderful example to us all by giving
her leadership to her school and her love of Christ to her
students. |
