Welcome to the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic School Website! Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic School, founded in 1986, serves Southern Brazoria County.
OLQP’s mission is summed up in the school motto, “Instilling Knowledge, Inspiring Faith.”
At OLQP, teachers work with families to ensure academic success for students by meeting students where they are and working with them to help them reach their full potential. We teach the whole child: mind, body, and spirit.
The Catholic faith is lived and celebrated through prayer, sacrament, and service. The school community is called upon to live the Gospel values.

Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic School exists to fulfill the educational ministry of the Catholic Church and to provide an all encompassing-spiritual, academic, cultural, and physical-quality elementary education for the southern Brazoria County area.

Vision Statement
Our Lady Queen of Peace is a dynamic, expanding and fiscally sound academic institution recognized for offering premiere Catholic education within a nurturing environment and superior facility. The program is supported with highly qualified and dedicated personnel, an advanced pre-school and elementary curriculum, and ultimately graduate successful students well prepared to continue their education. Character development, morality, and religion are integral parts of the OLQP atmosphere and are reinforced daily. Also provided is a high quality before and after school care program, maintained and supervised by a well-trained and caring staff.
